Graphic, Laser + 3D Artists

Do you love making prints? Screen prints, repeating prints, painted prints, murals - I love it all. Iā€™m looking to partner with graphic designers to make unique fabrics that celebrate queerness. Iā€™m building relationships with excellent, sustainable printing facilities in the US, and now, I need you! Iā€™m also looking for fun autocad/3d sculptures or laser cuts that can turn into accessories, like earrings, keychains, and jewelry. If you have an idea or an existing graphic that celebrates being queer, hit me up. Letā€™s make some clothes!Iā€™ll pay an upfront fee (negotiable) of $150-$250 and youā€™ll get a royalty agreement for 3 years. Fee will depend on production costs and materials.

Fit Models

To date, Iā€™ve been the fit model. I need your help! Iā€™m looking for all genders and body types in Portland, OR. Fit models get a choice of cash $50 for two one hour sessions or the first of the outfit my team designs using your measurements.

Consignment

I love showcasing and featuring other designers! If youā€™re a local maker and produce joyful, fun, queered festival and dance wear, I want to talk to you! I feature a dozen+ designers in our retail store from all over the US.

Iā€™m very interested in nonbinary designs-outfits that can be worn by all genders. I also love accessories: jewelry, sunglasses, hats, masks, cuffs, shoes, crazy scarvesā€¦anything special that makes that night out super fun.

My process for consignment is pretty easy. You touch base via email or one of the social channels. If youā€™re in Portland, weā€™ll meet up at our storefront. If not, we can do a video call and chat. Weā€™ll look through your items together (no min or max number, 1 is fine!). Weā€™ll agree on a price point (subject to change based demand if its a new product), sign an agreement, and bam, you are in Danamor! Note, I donā€™t take everything and if I donā€™t, Iā€™ll give honest feedback on why.

I charge 30% consignment fee for items under ~$150, and 25% over ~$150. Contract runs for 120 days, but, if you want to end early, no problem. Iā€™ll need a weeks notice to pull the inventory/close out sales.

Why 30%? I have to pay for shelf space, credit card processing fees, website and sales commissions. Consignment is normally 40-50%, I want to pass as much of the sales back to you!

Fashion Designers

Do you dream up and make festival garments for yourself? I might be interested in producing them! All genders and body types welcome. Youā€™ll need a base set of patterns to start, if they are not graded, no problem, Iā€™ll convert them into digital files, and grade them. You should have an idea of fabrics and accessories too, letā€™s not start from scratch. My process for working with outside designers is pretty easy. You touch base via emaildan@danamor.funwith an image and description (what is it, what is it made from, what was your inspo?). You can send design files over in the first email too. All files sent to me are expressly your designs, I donā€™t copy without permission. If I think I can produce it, Iā€™ll send over a design agreement with IP protections for both of us.

If youā€™re in Portland, weā€™ll meet up at our storefront. If not, we can do a video call and chat.

The agreement is three years, youā€™ll assign a nonexclusive right to use the design. When I sell the finished garment, youā€™ll make a 5% royalty check, cut every quarter. You just sit back and collect!

Wholesalers

Iā€™m a smaller shopā€”my ability to purchase large wholesale orders is limited. My ideal wholesaler offers a 25-35% margin, on orders under $1000. But, if it sells well, Iā€™ll be a repeat buyer!
